Refund Policy

|¥|.O.B provides custom, creative, and experiential services. Because our work is highly personalized and project-based, refunds are limited. This policy explains when refunds may or may not be provided.

 

Deposits

  • All service bookings may require a deposit to secure your project or event date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or changes by the client.

 

Payments

  • Full or remaining payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

  • Payments for services that have already begun are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are considered only at the discretion of |¥|.O.B and are not guaranteed.

 

Cancellations

  • Clients may submit cancellations in writing.

  • Cancellations after a project has begun may result in forfeiture of all payments.

  • Any refunds for approved cancellations will be processed according to project-specific agreements.

 

Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may be treated as completed services and payments will not be refunded.

 

Service Interruptions

  • |¥|.O.B is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by external factors, including third-party vendors, venues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Refunds are not provided for delays caused by these factors.

 

Disputes

  • Any refund disputes must be submitted in writing within [X days] of service delivery.

  • |¥|.O.B will review disputes fairly and respond in a timely manner, but reserves the right to final decisions regarding refunds.
